This measure is resoundly rejected by We the People of these United States,
we WILL NOT tolerate the continued abuse of power, graciously granted by We
the People to those we put faith and trust in to protect AMERICAN INTERESTS.
These lawless acts by our SERVANT LEADERS, to go against the citizens of
this country by fiat, IS UNACCEPTABLE AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Any attempt to
approve this measure shall be deemed a DIRECT act of war of this Government
against We the People. Our unemployment rates of Americans do not support
inviting in more non-American workers to take jobs, American citizens need.
How dare this Government ignore the hand that feeds it, the true power
behind these United States, We the People.

I greatly oppose this proposed rule. This rule will give foreign work
permits, the number of which is now restricted, to foreign college graduates
who will compete against Americans for tech jobs. It isn't even creating
fair competition because the opportunity to earn citizenship encourages
someone to take lower salary compared to an American, who already has
citizenship. It is already incredibly difficult to obtain and keep a science
/tech job - why are my politicians making it harder for us? The tech
industries argument that they cannot obtain skilled workers is nonsense -
they just don't want to pay for our skills. These companies are all for
capitalism when it benefits them, but when an alleged labor shortage occurs,
which would raise wages, they want the rules changed to bring in low wage
foreigners to benefit themselves. So many skilled Americans are out of work,
and this just makes it harder. This is nonsense.

No, no, no! Unemployment among IT workers in the US is very high. There is
absolutely no need to allow foreigners into the US to replace Americans.
Please stop this practice. Wages have been driven down dramatically. I earn
less now than I did 15 years ago. I have been replaced by foreigners several
times. Please, look to the needs of Americans, NOT the corporations wanting
cheap labor. Thanks!

This will make it more difficult for American citizens and American college
graduates to get jobs....making it more difficult for them to compete in the
job market.
There are sufficient quotas. More entrants will put more pressure on
American families - how can you in good conscience do this?
