We noticed an issue with activating the Sam's Club shopping card(s) you
recently purchased – and we've fixed the issue so your card can now be used.
If you've clicked a link in a previous email to activate your card, your
card is now active and ready to use.
If you haven't clicked an activation link in a previous email, please do
so to activate your card. (Don't have your activation email handy? No
problem! A Member Service Representative will be happy to activate your card
right away.)
If your card is not activated within approximately a week of receiving
your activation email, you'll receive a reminder email with a link to
activate your card.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this issue may
have caused you.
If you have questions or need assistance, please contact a Member Service
Representative, who will be happy to help.
