嗯，如果要稳妥的话，弄个过继手续吧，其实不过继的话，医疗保险都成问题了。

补充说明细下买SP3的几种方式吧
最常用也是相对便宜的方式，MS EDU online store用EDU邮箱拿10% off，网上用
discover的卡还有返现。所有配置都有
第二种是bestbuy买，如果你能price match MS EDU网站上的价格并且拿到返现或者用
便宜的gift card去买，也不错
第三种就是目前staples有的15% off technology还有20% off everythin else。不过
目前木有i5，只有i3和i7

You need following:
1. child's parents'custody authorization letter which need to be notorized.
Letter will give you the permission to be child's guardian.
2. child's birth certificate
3. up to date immunization record
4. TB test result after landing to the US. this test must be done in US.
5. child's parents ID's copy
6. Your mortage payment, property tax and utility bill
7. Insurance
You will be responsible for everything for this kid, which means you need to
sign all the paper work for him, including the medical bills.
Check with the locak school union district who will tell you exact
documentation you have to prepare.
