If you are not the US/Green card holder, this rate sounds right for LTV75.
But if your LTV is 60 or less, you should get 3.625%.
From my experience, BOA is usally very slow on processing. If both lenders
provide you the same rate with same conditions, choose broker rather than
BOA.

provide you the same rate with same conditions, choose broker rather than
BOA.
