如果倒退后再次Current，然后FBI背景调查也没超过15个月，那会马上批准485吗？
比如去年7月current，去年8月取了指纹，假设去年10月背景调查结束，然后今年10月

也不能电话verify，直接把申请取消了。说只能电话直接申。

data point: 刚拿到我的Chase Hyatt，给Chase发了个Secure Mail，说我有个$2000左
右的large purchase，叫Chase不要decline。客服说她会put a note in my account。
然后我就在网上开了一个PNC账号，仔细地回答了Online Identity Verification的问
题后开户成功，我用我的Chase Hyatt存了$1900左右的initial deposit。Chase put a
temporary charge，cash advance的limit没有减少，很可能就算purchase了。过几天
再做Direct Deposit，须要先寄signaure card给他们。

（1）当初申请PNC的时候忘了Credit Card fund了。现在申请结束收到PNC卡了还能申
请用 Citi Premium cc来fund么？怎么操作？
（2）现在只收到PNC physical card，还没受到PIN和Authorization card, 这样能从
red card 转帐么？不会拒收吧？

好像不能，initial funding只能一次，你用bank了吧？
（2）现在只收到PNC physical card，还没受到PIN和Authorization card, 这样能从

我还没收到PIN，没PIN没法sign up for online account吧？

No pdf statement yet.
But based on the coding of Credit Card funding is also posted as ACH CREDIT.
Ally bank is no longer considered DD.
Discover is still ok.
