actually, i have the same idea. coz in china, it is not a good year for
real estate. but it is in USA market. i have no idea. thats why i need ask
people here. coz see the FA, it is not a bad company.

要是偶就在墙面贴壁纸了，这样和深色的木线条搭配会显得有档次一点。

The volume is low and the chart does not look good. It is traded well below
its book value, and the previous two ERs beat.
I am holding 5000 shares, and will take more if the shorts sell it down. I
guess I am a strange buyer that shorts hate the most.

很多老房子都有墙纸，但是现在大家都觉得墙纸太老旧了，都把墙纸给撕了。找人撕墙
纸还要不少钱呢。

maintain the high level.
i guess i just hold it, the after trade price is only about 4 dollars
according to the google finance.

美国人有把天花板上的这种beam漆白这一做法么？如果有，那就漆白好了。

这股我也有，半仓，4.2X和4.4X分两批进的，正在发愁呢，要不要扔掉？看你们都还拿

你要是把木线条都换成白色，所有的色系都可以选择啊
只要不是太深的颜色，和白色搭没有问题

图片看不太清楚，房间顶部的一圈不知道是天花角线还是类似beam一样的木条。
如果是beam一样的，漆白了不影响其他地方。

老外好象喜欢三面墙一个辅助颜色，一面墙是主颜色。

我觉得不用改了吧。。。 好像木头边都是配白墙的， 可以买好点儿的漆刷成比较亮的
白色。
要想改的现代点的话么就把天花板， 窗框和baseboard都刷成白的， 墙刷成别的颜色。

我怎么觉得房子本身问题不大，家具太显旧了。
这不是你现在的家吧，换家具会好很多。地毯的颜色不好。

屋顶可以白色

这种天花板上的木条， 很老式，很七十年代的感觉， 又有压抑感，现在的人一般不喜
欢。 我家厨房原来就是这样。我们先刷白， 最后还是请人去掉，一下子敞亮轻快了很
多。
