如果公司不看PW的话，那么有卡和没卡差异不大

有无绿卡工资一般会差很多，但H1B多跳几次也差不多到了市场价格。如果不跳，只能

各有好处吧，工资并不是唯一评估的指标，要综合考虑。
小公司制度不严格，我可以每年回中国在家工作4个月以上。去大公司一年能给20天带
薪假就算多了
另外小公司开EVL或者EB1 RL非常容易，只要不是假话，吹嘘的词随便用，VP照样签字
。甚至能要到部分大公司的合同来证明contribution。大公司所有签字都要律师先过目
