下场类比siri. 当初siri出来那会版上比Apple Pay热闹多了，现在也没动静了。原因

It will be dead meat if Android does not play along. Even if android roll
out something similar such that it becomes platform neutral and gain
critical mass, the merchants need to buy in. What's the benefits vis-a-vis
chip-n-signature?

所有Android 4.4带NFC的机器都支持啊。很多人用了很久了。
问题就是换POS的商店太少了。applepay能带起来的话会形成正反馈互相提携

死不了，17/18年是各大信用卡转EMV的限期，到时候商户不支持EMV的有问题自己吃进
。换终端的时候肯定会通吃。
其实这个国内做得好，手机当交通卡用都用了好几年了，全家之类的全都支持NFC。

找nfc标致，tab以下就好了。google wallet还support costco membership card，这
都省了。。。

是的，我家周围3个costco只有一家行，这家的photo print center也可以用nfc
upload照片。

Android 确实早就有NFC了，用起来也不错
但是没有Apple pay这声势啊，每天都能收到银行啊商家发来的邮件说，we support
apple pay

我觉得大家可能都没注意到nfc payment，其实很多店都有。像我家这种long island农
村地带的麦当当，汉堡王，homedepot，subway，jambajuice都有，就连local的
italian ices这种小店也有。

对，siri的失败是因为语言千变万化，程序还做得不够好。
但是指纹的变化作为数字化来说就容易操作多了。而且只有苹果有实力让整个上下游来
配合。
相比之下andro各自为战并且安全是个大问题。

语言千变万化什么意思，google识别的就不是千变万化的语言了？我iPhone的Siri就从
没用好过，中英文识别都差

那是因为英文你不够好，中文它不够好。。。lol
google的确做得比siri强，但也就那回事。真的要理解语言的涵义，和只是当做关键字
搜索，差了很远。

是的，有专门的加密措施，基本不可破，发布会再三强调了这一点。

真正的区别在这儿。我这儿softcard溜溜用了半年了。结果碰到果粉上来给我吹apple
pay多牛比。。。

To be fair, Apple Pay (and an equivalent Android version) has much better
chance to succeed than softcard and alike since it at least get banks
onboard. Softcard was pitched as an alternative to credit card networks, of
course banks are not interested in it. An equivalent Android version is
critical as Apple Pay users may not be enough to create critical mass.
On a different note, if this thing does become successful, a bank consortium
could give an electric device for free to anyone has a bank-issued credit
card that has long battery life, nfc, finger-print reader, and be able to
load credit cards info only. The benefit is to cut middleman out (Apple,
Samsung, Google etc), while keeping all the security benefits to the banks.
