正打算买一台Windows系统的笔记本电脑, 主要用途是个人编程(非工作), 浏览网页.
主要在家里用, 没有固定的电脑桌.
计划装VM Player, 再装iOS, 用于学习iOS app开发.
在Windows下,会做一些Android app开发. 以及安装Visual Studio, SQL Server, 等等.
现在在两台笔记本之间犹豫,
ThinkPad T540P (refurb'ed　$500) vs Asus Q550LF-BSI7T21 (refurb'ed $580)
详细配置见最后。大神门帮我参考一下. (两台我都打算在DVDRW drive的位置换250G
或 500G的SSD硬盘，另外会把内存从8GB升到16GB）谢谢。
T540P已经买了，再犹豫是否改成Asus, 主要的担心是Asus键盘不好用对编程有多大的
影响。
键盘：都有backlight。但是　Asus键盘据说不好用，会miss key strokes, backlight
不易识别。
CPU： T540P i5-4300M， Asus i7-4500U， T540P快一点，发热多一些。两个都不是特
别快，运行virtual environment 可以吗？
显卡：T540P用integrated Intel HD4600, Asus用NV GT745M 2GB. 运行VM Player and
virtual environments　对显卡要求高吗？

在网上，什么样的人都有的。如果一个地方没有警察局，那么这个地方地痞流氓就会横
行。你可以选择不来这个地方，可以很清静。如果来mitbbs，就要有思想准备，你会看

3.75 - 4.25 may be the range for 10 yr notes this year.
And don't remember Greece's story is not over yet ...
Risk aversion can bring the yield below 4 very quickly.

If the rate increased another 0.25%, TLT would drop 6.87% to $81.43.
I expect rate increases of 0.5% end of this year, TLT will trade $75.42

tlt五年低点是82左右。
作为30年国债ETF，跌破80没那么容易。

那样的话， mortgage 就 6% 以上了。

you guys are ignoring the job data. Fed's tune directly ties with job data.
Current job data is possitive so it is very likely for Fed to change tune
in next meeting.

这个怎么算啊，都是市场决定的
04-07年fed funds rate涨了4%，10yr的yield也没怎么动, tlt最高最低只相差15%
如果fed能控制市场利率的话，就不会有金融危机了

这个不太好比。对应的国债已经换了。那时利率高，国债的coupon rate也高。
