尤其晚上去厨房会发现
有很小的开始还以为是蚂蚁
后来看出来是大小都有应该是蟑螂
请教大家最有效的除法

一个单亲妈妈带一个6岁的小孩，职业是para legal, 收入是房租的3倍。2008年的时候
file了破产 (chapter 7)，已经discharge了，所有debt全部已经都一笔勾销。她现在
的credit score是785。不知道她是怎么把credit score搞上去的。
她要跟我签两年的lease，我感觉有些奇怪。一般都是一年一年签的。

我们以前的apartment是负责喷药的
即使我们家保持再干净，才喷过药的蟑螂又来了
后来发现整个apartment蟑螂都很严重
apartment之间都是相通的，别人不要干净你也受牵连
毕竟不是自己家
我现在住的是condo，几乎都是自己的房子，
每家每户都很干净。也就没蟑螂了。

即使我们家保持再干净，才喷过药的蟑螂又来了

我这不能把单亲妈妈和在lawfirm工作做为criteria ，因为有discrimination 的嫌疑
，另外两个正是我最担心的。还是move on吧。

这种东西是必须据，或者必须给理由的么？我记得好像以前申请学校或者工作的时候，
大部分石沉大海，小部分给据信，据信总是“although..., we have found a better
candidate... wish your best in other places"...好像从来没有给过理由，比如经
验不足，或者成绩不够好，等等，

We had a single mom applicant who's a labor law lawyer. I simply sent her
email to trash without replying a single word. Be careful renting to those
so called protected classes.
Rental history verification is a must. I am also curious how she pumped her
credit to 785 just 5 years after bankruptcy.

Please be aware that there's a new credit scoring system now that is called
Vantage Score, it's diff. with old FICO score, the highest is 990, while
FICO highest is 850. FICO is much more strict.
