我用同一机器两个浏览器，点完一个马上点第二个，结果第二个
显示Review。只好打电话，被问半天最后说通过了但是查状态还

boa 有个总limit，如果到达了，不会据 但会从老卡诺cl，如果只诺给你2，3k，你的新
卡就拿不到30k+100 只有10k，这种情况比被据了还惨
