今天查了一下MyFICO,发现老婆score 786,我的才 700. 给builder的lender做loan pre
-approval我是主申请人。老婆是副申请人.房子还得半年才盖好。估计还得4个月再
lock rate. 20% downpayment. 请问到时final loan有必要把老婆改成主申请人，能拿
到更好的rate吗？ 还有下面4个月我怎么能快速提高分数到720以上吗？

信用分数看低的一方。用老婆的贷款（如果income qualify的话），你的加在房子的
title上就行了，如果你放在loan上，要以你的score算。

it doesn't matter who will be the main borrower since lender always choose
the lower credit scores between you two unless you use your wife as only
borrower and add your name on the title together with her.
If your low credit score is not due to credit collection, it might be hard
to improve in the short time till you pay the mortgage loan. try not to
always pull the credit scores quite often, not always expense till the
credit limit, try always pay the bills on time...etc

If your low credit score is not due to credit collection, it might be hard
to improve in the short time till you pay the mortgage loan. try not to
always pull the credit scores quite often, not always expense till the
credit limit, try always pay the bills on time...etc

Will it work with Amazon Fire Stick?

“I asked a similar question on the Fire Stick link several weeks ago and
was told, "No". Verbatim technical specifications I was told:
"The maximum current for a USB 1.X & 2.0 is 500mw or 2.5W. The maximum
current for a USB 3.0 is 900mw or 4.5W. The current drawn on the Fire TV
Stick in full streaming mode is reportedly 1,000mw or 5W all @ 5V. To use
the USB in your television will exceed it's maximum current capacity by
twice if it is a USB 2.0. If you have a 3.0 you will only exceed by .5 or 10
%. The supplied wall plug-in provides the proper voltage and current for the
device. Your television does not."
The amount of power an Amazon Fire stick needs it was not designed to be
powered by a USB port, the USB port in your TV does not provide the correct
amount of power to run the Stick in full streaming mode. In short from what
I was told, if you try to power the Fire Stick via the USB you will get
Error Messages, you must use the power adapter that comes with the Fire
Stick.
Just posting what Amazon themselves told me also when I called customer

如果只用LZ LD作为贷款人就最好，否则调整也没多大意思。

因为原装Power Adapter不在身边，现在想用别的Power Adapter代替一下，但是网上查
不到准确Output是多少，所以来这里问问。
