EB1B， PD 03/2017， RD 10/2017， 18年12月18底特律面试，当时排期倒退，隔天收到
底特律发的信(not approval letter )说 case was transferred to NBC bacause a
visa number is not
avaliable. 因为我还有一个NIW，PD 09/2016， 在收到底特律的信后，我立即写了封
信给NBC，让他们recapture 这个PD （面试时让recapture，面试官说得得有律师发信
才行）。上周打电话，tier 1 说看到系统里我的PD已经current，但NBC处理需要时间
，但他也不知道我的PD是不是已经recaptured。于是给发个request, 今天收到如下回
复.
请问，我现在改怎么办。 是继续等NBC处理，还是file an I-824?
另外奇怪的是，我的case现在在NBC，但回复request却是底特律。
