It is 1989 house with 1954 sqrt that uses oil heating for house and hot
water.
The seller showed me the heating oil bill, that is amazing.
From 7/19/2012 to 3/29/2013 (now actually), total is $3636.68.
That is just too much!
What do you guys think?

今天在CL找到个屌丝学生为了交房租卖各种电子设备。fire tv买了没什么用，还有塑
料套，喊30，我问为啥，他说搞丢50多块搞得，直接买下。
一转身看见北通游戏手柄。。。吓尿我了。。。问那是啥，那屌丝兴奋的和我说这是最
牛逼的手柄，如何xbox360，PS3，电脑各种无线，有线连接，还无需设置。充一次电3
小时，玩一周不断电。我说5块就买了。于是出了5块钱。
回家接好fire tv，下了个小黄人跑步，等下载的时候无聊插上屌丝北通手柄，居然无
需设置直接无线连接了。。。
这货叫做“北通 阿修罗 TE BTP-2185 ”

並不離譜. 可以到你那州的版上去問, 因為各地氣候差很多的--很多地方沒有oil heat.
一般滿缸是275加侖, 以東北來說, 最冷的時候, 一個月能燒一缸. 一個月燒$900是輕
而易舉.
如果可能, 盡量找gas heat的房子.

现在烧油太贵了,按期货价格比较是烧气的6倍.如果天然气公司附加费用收得多,也是3
倍左右.

我也在MA, 我能理解你, 最近房子是很少, 而且很多地方很少有gas heat, 所以有時得
妥協部分條件.
如果只為了oil heat一個原因放棄, 這個.....看你願不願意再等....
可以考古看看, Boston版有人convert to gas heating, 也有人街上沒通gas, 所以安
裝mini split(冷暖皆可用, 不是很冷時用), 也都是折衷辦法.

如果只為了oil heat一個原因放棄, 這個.....看你願不願意再等....

The house has no AC. It uses oil for heating the house and hot water.
My agent told me he hasn't seen a buyer walk away from oil heating alone.
But this oil heat will cost about 40,000 in mortgage payment (30 fixed).
I would go with a house newer and has gas heating and 40,000 expensive ...

你检查一下这个房子的绝热和窗户是不是还有改进的空间，如果有，那么这个取暖费是
可能减少的。
你也可以问问卖主冬天室内控制温度多高，然后和你想控制的温度作个比较，有时候差
一度可以差几百美元。

你也可以问问卖主冬天室内控制温度多高，然后和你想控制的温度作个比较，有时候差
一度可以差几百美元。

你到波版去問問, 有好些人裝了, 費用也遠遠不用4w, 主要是提供冷氣, 也可提供一些
暖氣, 據說是能省些heating cost, 不過不能取代原來的heating system.
1989的房在Boston是已經很新的了.
