昨天下午出了一个房子的offer，到晚上10点有效。卖主也原定6点选，可是到现在也没

当然可以吗？
如果对方说昨天其实已经选了我们的，只是没及时通知。我觉的有可能卖家在拿着我的
跟别人要更高价，其他两家很可能做了前检，压价了，可能也不太多。

然后补签允许对方再买的合同的时候人家已经move on 了
双方agent都是很nice地就同意了，每人威胁什么
