But they only charge me $20 access fee, which shall be $40 .

不正常，打电话问问吧。他们家order经常搞错。我当初order的时候定的是individual
plan，结果激活的时候给我算成more everything。虽然一个月只多5块钱，还是不爽。

不矛盾。现在verizon只有1种plan，没有合约了。
所谓的合约，是你分期付款买手机。你的plan contract是month to month，但是你手
机的货款要付清了，才能走人。

如果之前有2年合约的话，可以续的，拿便宜手机（比如200块钱的iphone)，每个月
access fee多20块，两年多480，我觉得其实不怎么合适。

20是Verizon 最新的价格。正确。

你这不是grandfathered 2 year contract吧。回头bill来了就是data fee $30 + $
20 line access + $xx.xx (手机原件/24)
