我收到的ppdg回复简直气人，看来这钱是要不回来了

If you received a card with a $0 balance when you paid $100, it certainly
isn't your fault. This is why we have the eBay Money Back Guarantee in place

the timeframe allotted, therefore we are unable to extend this protection to
you.
If PayPal sold you the card on eBay, and PayPal made the mistake with
closing your case, it may be in your best interest to seek resolution
through PayPal if they did not provide the gift card with the promised
balance. I recognize how difficult it is to be without an item and money for
the transaction, especially when it's $100, and I'm sorry you're dealing
with this as the consumer. However, we must again respectfully decline your
request for a $100 refund.

这么烂，我的PPDG refund 了。 EBAY GIFT　ＣＡＲＤ　又给拿走了，不知道怎回事

前天不声不响给了$1600退款，退回ebay gc，没有email通知，昨天查Paypal才看到。
过去两周打了无数电话，菲律宾的superviser们给我开了好多ticket，每次还是不同的
ticket#，每次都让等24-48H，已经快失去信心了，不过终于要回来了。Ebay开了case
昨天也回复让我给transaction ID等信息，不过已经不需要了，我直接close了ebay的
case。BBB还没有回音。
