我最近遇到几个这样的情况,由于卖方title 问题,不能按时Close. 需要extend Lock.
It cost a lot of money to extend locks. 有几个客户因为我们律师在 P&S 里面放
了如果因为seller 的原因不能按时close, seller 要付lock extension cost, so
they were able to get money from seller to cover the cost. One client used
his own attorney who didn't put this in the P&S, and now the house can't
close on time for title flaw, the seller is not willing to pay any of the
lock extension cost.
正在买房和要买房的朋友,注意让你的律师把这一条放到你的P&S 上.
