一般小的估计大家都不做了吧？
我们这个房子上市之前对方RELOCATION公司发行有MOLD然后花了7K来刀修理了，5月份修
好的吧，有一年的保修。然后签合同后查出来一些其他大大小小的问题，比较大的估计
是主浴室下面有漏水，SUB FLOOR潮湿，然后SELLER找人说查出来了问题，也修理好了。
这个具体单据我还没有看到。不知道具体保修是怎么样的条款。
其他基本上都不是太大的问题了。

做，我们找的inspector说，他查出来的问题，修好后可以叫他再回去检查，只收
一点点钱
