Got approved for CSR today, and next due day is Feb 17, which means that the
first statement closing day is Jan 20. It is possible to send a message to
change the first statement date to, say, December 30?

没有什么G点，笔几分钟就没意思了，比果笔手感好是真的。
Win10系统乱七八糟的，有些设置，比如笔的flick手势，居然没放在明面上，还要搜，
失败。
edge我就不说了。渣样的表现。
装office中，当记帐本好了。

我这么理解的
比如你要是10月份申请的csr，11/1年费 $450就收了,你2016年$300拿到收了，12月份
statement出来以后到明年你又有$300可拿，需要关卡降级的话11/1之前就会打电话；
你要是12月份才申请，现在拿到的$300 credit就是2017年的了，因为第一个statement
出来是1月份，可是年费也是1/1/2017才收，所以，明年12月份statement之后你同样可
以拿$300,赶在1/1/2018年前关卡或者转卡，并没有什么区别
老余小余，我这么理解没错把
