可以 拿到手后不要开机注册FP 直接联系他们客服 让他们release your device 可能
要多挂几次确认 因为FP客服一般不靠谱
如果他们的确release了 就可以上R+网站注册了 sim卡不用买新的 release之后随
机带的那张就可以直接用
