power option里面只有硬盘的20mins设置(不想改动)，没有针对usb硬盘的设置；
device manager里面所有usb控制器都设置成不允许turn off to save power。
但还是没用。

I didnt change turn off hard driver after 20 min setting. I know its a USB
issue.
I believe the problem is a combination of lacking correct specific uab
driver for the device and the outdated firmware of the device.

我有个seagate用seagate自己的工具可以设置这个，很久以前取消了休眠，最近恢复了
，然后访问时候唤醒没问题。

发现改了 USB Selective Suspend Setting还是没有完全解决问题。
放了一晚上第二天活动硬盘还是断开了。好像跟硬盘也有关系。可能跟活动硬盘的
firmware怎么写的有很大关系。
