好不容易求来一个牛编辑回信了，但很简单，：
This letter is used to confirm that :
Dr XXX have published 2 papers in this journal
Additionally, he has served as a reviewer for this journal, which
demonstrates his scientific ability and good scientific performance in
willing to provide reviews.
XXX Journal is the best in ... field, only significant, unique papers are
accepted to publish.
感觉更像是在支持 contribution，反而是审稿被弱化了，而这次是最初希望本信件达
到的主要目的。
请问，这样的信能用来证明 Review is not routine么？谢谢

Plastic build, but well put together with no flex or build quality issues.
Dated Android 4.4.4 ROM
Windows 10 Home is activated
Screen looks sharp and bright.
Cameras look very poor as expected at 0.3MP front and 2MP rear
Android Rom has a lot of bloatware, but uninstallable.
Very little storage in both OS’s as expected being only a 32GB eMMC (32GB
should be banned for dual OS!)
eMMC is a BWIN unit
RealTek Wireless N
So far for the price it seems an okay little tablet.

国内做的东西都这德行，要么样样用最便宜的，最后拼我比你便宜三毛钱。要么就是忽
悠，神马 8G 主频 16 核 CPU。从来没人想想用户需要的到底是什么。
也难怪，自己没有设计能力，也不想设计怕别人山寨，都是拿公版做。设计公版的呢？
更 cheap 的台巴子。
