Amazon customer inquiry: Received Damaged, Defective, or Wrong item Aytac

Dear xxxxxx,
Yesterday we received the following printer: Brother MFC-5890CN Professional
Series Color Inkjet All-in-One with Networking and Large-Size Printing. We
bought this printer with the sole purpose of making 11 x 17 copies.
Nonetheless, even though LARGE-SIZE PRINTING is heavily emphasized in all
advertizing, documentation, and even on the box, this printer is NOT capable
of COPYING OR SCANNING 11 x 17 documents, only printing them! I guess you
are supposed to read between the lines. Unfortunately, we did not find this
out until the printer arrived at our offices. We are going to have to
purchase the Brother MFC-6490CW Professional Series Color Inkjet Wireless
All-in-One Printer, which claims it "Prints AND COPIES on up to ledger-size
(11 x 17-inch) paper. Therefore, WE ARE REQUESTING an RMA number for the MFC
-5890CN that we received yesterday. Thank you very much for your prompt
service!

也可能是店小二恶心
昨天去店里处理了点事，今天发现它给我加了mobile protection pack. 一个月7.99
它奶奶的。我根本就不知道这回事。只是当时那小二向我推销屏幕保护膜，套子和一根
数据线，三样东西90刀。被我当场拒绝。没想到她偷偷给我加上另一个7.99的保护计划。
今天发现了要被气死。马上联系客服，大骂。客服倒是态度好，马上取消并给credit。
我说要找到那个小二，至少要警告她。客服说记下了

I will take it as loss if he finally returned it.

Don't try to play me. I sold you the brand new sealed in the box one, if
anything wrong go back to the manufacture warranty.
I will fight with you on this because I know you are a drop shipper and it
looks to me you tried to return a different defected printer from another
state. I have scanned the printer serial number and I will report to amazon
on this.
Good luck on your business but do your business honestly otherwise you will
get more and more trouble.

好像在店里lease or installment都是要protection的。然后自己电话取消。我的
Verizon和Sprint都是。偏偏没Att。
但是网上买可以decline。

lz是不是长了一副很好骗的样子，做sale的都是看人脸色行事。
看到noob就往死理坑。跟att无关，所有商家，你只要进店里，绝对坑你（明码标价除
外）。

还没到底，继续等，现在bac只能DT抢反弹，但是风险比较大。真要抢不如抢C，形态，
力度都比bac强。

Sure, no matter the current recovery is a true or a false one, there will be
recovery and then next boom.
