孩子有一个解锁了的iPhone5s。但是没有sim卡。现在想给他一个计划。最好按照分钟
收钱。只是有紧急情况下才打。不知道应该买什么sim卡。谢谢大家。

没有家庭计划么？
我就把他们加到家庭计划里，省事。att mobile shared plan加一条线也就15，比按分
钟的便宜

TruPhone, that is what I gave my daughter after failed FreedomPop experiment
. Turning data off, asked her to use it as emergency phone, she is quite
happy with it (GS4) and used nothing so far since incoming phone call and
SMS are free.

The parents set the rule that the phone is not for chitchat, playing games
is fine, data is turned off. They will follow the rule to be able to play
games, believe me, and they will only chitchat through Skype etc via WiFi
rather than SMS so not to lose their phones.

It is prepaid, you put money in the account, get deducted every time you
make a phone call, or send a SMS, or use data. Receiving call/SMS is free.
