Major findings: Protein SAA has a marginal structural stability, so it
is very labile to significant structural changes on the 2°, 3°, and 4°
structural levels due to its primary structural or environmental
changes. During its amyloid fibrillization, SAA can misfold into
oligomeric intermediate of specific stoichiometry, e.g., apparent
octomer for SAA2.2..

Hands-on skills: E. coli culture; protein purification; protein
structural analysis by dynamic light scattering, UV spectroscopy,
circular dichroism, fluorescence spectroscopy, chemical cross-linking,

"高考状元"不就是考试机器么，没啥好大惊小怪的。牛人一般都不参加这种无聊的考试
的。

唉，开始以为这人就是习惯用脏话骂人，虽然思维还是清楚的。
后来看到他在别的版发的若干帖子，才知道他恐怕就是生活不顺，抗压能力又差，怨气
无处发泄，也怪可怜的。
好学校时不时就会有这样的人出现，曾经辉煌过，后来不顺，心理承受不了落差，人就
显得有些癫狂。
他是北大的，而且毕业多年才逐渐这样。
我就知道一个清华的，因为成绩没有过关，好像是毕业设计，估计拿不到毕业证，就扬
言要杀掉系主任。
