几个月没用，上个月用了几十兆流量，这个月renew那天，突然用不了了
登录账户一看，显示" Your device is asleep due to non-use. If you'd like to
wake up your device, click here."
click here按键点不了，偶尔账户好像在刷新，可是是死循环，等了很久没反应
能联系客服或者自助重新激活吗？

融资时才建立信用。不要忽视会计师和律师在重要财务问题上的建议。

WRONG！ if you have any connection to your home state, like processing
order, have a office, you still pay home state tax!

最好还是在办公的位置注册公司吧
就算你在DE注册了 然后你在其他地方做BUSINESS 还是要注册为你做BUSINESS州的
FOREIGN COMPANY
挺麻烦的

如果没有retail store,physical office, 就只有一个网站, 做的是ONLINE的SALE,是
不是就应该注册在DE呢? 货不一定在你所在的州.谢谢!

Amazon has FBA 仓库 in few states and Amazon did not charge sale tax in
those states

教！

fba is for third party sellers. amazon marketplace does not charge sales tax
doesn't mean they should not. third party sellers takes the risk and tax
issues.

it depends on the way you sell.
if you do not sell in person, then no sales tax.
personal income tax is a yes.
