交了一部分房产税，还交了不少手续费。昨天statement出来了，60k的TY points也拿
到了，今天又收到citi的email说我上个月的purchase是零，要满足开卡bonus要在xxx
前花满4000刀。请教大家，房产税难道不算吗？那就亏大了！
