please note that once you are denied, you need first get the origin material
and resend it again. If the gap between the new receive date and the date
on your I20 is over 30 days, you will be in trouble.

same thing happen to me before. If I am not wrong, it took less than 2 weeks
to receive the whole return application. looks like they have computers to
scan if all necessary blanks are filled.

我申请时也被RFE了一次，因为照片不合格。 从网上看到消息到收到信件只有两天，马
上重寄出去了
三个月内应该能搞定
