我的CNB卡10月底收的月费，等我几天后看到网上的CNB改福利的消息，
打电话过去，被直接告知返年费绝对没门，他们内部通知所有人
任何情况都不给免。
然后我就在bbb.org上file了一个case.
一个星期后（今天），BBB告诉我CNB回复如下：
After review of the client's account and files, we did not find any records
indicating a request to close the account or a refund.
As of 11/18/2019, the account was closed and a check has been mailed. Please
allow 2-3 weeks for the check to arrive via U.S.P.S mail.
A letter regarding the aforementioned information has been mailed to the
client.
这个银行还真是贱，不骂他两声就不干正事。
而且返个年费还像憋了一口气似的，不声不响的直接给我卡关了，
不知道是不是还给我上了黑名单，我的账号都login不上去了。
