onsite完HR要求填application form,这是什么情况？有戏吗？
本人情况是有工作经验，拿现在的工作时还是master在读，现在按fresh master
graduate找工作。请问salary details里面base salary填还是不填比较好？（怕被low
ball).Miscellaneous bonuses呢？还有关于long term incentives，现在公司的
stock purchase plan是purchase through payroll deduction at a minimum 15%
discount off of the closing price on the last working day of each fiscal
quarter. 请问这个写上去对于negotiate offer是有利还是有害？现在暂无competing
offer,很可能很快会有一个，但是不是FLG这样的大公司。请问这种情况的competing
offer好用吗？我若能拿到工作，negotiation主要的点在哪里？fresh master
graduate?
请有经验的各位帮忙解答一下，谢谢！

是candidate information request，之前写的application form有些误导了，抱歉！(
其实是帮别人问的，但是感觉一般写帮别人问也没人信，就没有多这一笔）
