Marketing Coordinator – Digital/Social Media
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will
assist in the administration and execution of the company’s branding and
communication plans via social media and digital marketing within the United
States territory. This position will be part of a marketing team
that supports XXX’s consumer electronics and home appliance business units
in developing strategic and tactical plans, internal and external
communications. This is a great entry level position to develop well
-rounded marketing experience and execute against multiple consumer
marketing touch-points.
Primary Responsibilities:
Marketing Communications: Assist with execution of long and short range
communication plans, marketing programs and/or sponsorships for new
and existing products across multiple digital and social media touchpoints.&
#8203; Assist with asset procurement and messaging creation for internal
and external communication of digital and social media marketing activities
and sponsorships. Manage internal asset library for internal and
external customers.
Digital: Assist with planning and tactical execution of digital initiatives
including website management, SEO/SEM campaigns and channel digital
marketing recommendations.
Social Media: Assist with development of social media calendar and
procurement of assets and content.
Special Events: Assist Marketing Manager in management and development of
special events including tradeshows, retail events, sponsorships and others.

Budget Management: Help solicit and procure costs from vendors and agency
partners for projects and initiatives.
General: Administrative support of Marketing Director and Marketing
Managers and assisting with presentation decks. Primary liaison
between sales and marketing teams.
Required Experience:
College degree in business, marketing or communications or equivalent
combination of education, experience and expertise.
Creative, organized and timeline driven. Follow through and
attention to detail is critical to the success of this position.
Strong and open communication and willingness to help different business
departments. Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
Comfortable with basic budgeting and analysis.
Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
