我用的是Bank of America Perper&Electonic Routing, 不收费。Routing＃：

这个号码是给CA，你要查你州的Routing＃。

我也是第一次搞。我填了25刀，那个Cash&Pay Later的botton就不能点了。所以我用了
checking setup。也可能是我操作问题？

收到卡后按照说明在AMEX网站注册，link一个checking account，load money。
然后可以等着收GC了。
