Don't bother to take a look any more because they do not update the website fast.
(Of course you can call them to confirm your purchase because I called them the first time and CS told me it's in their system already although it doesn't show on the website.) So now I just keep a copy of my receipt and wait until the issued day. Normally I do
receive the rewards.
I did not receive the rewards once and called the CS a few times. Eventually I BBBed them and got more than what they owed me.
Either way you can get the rewards any way unless you purchase the wrong items.

大家小心哟，刚打电话了，很多整理箱和文件夹放在100%返的地方，其实并不是都返的
。我记得当时还问了店员，居然告诉我放在这个区域的都返的。
