感觉以前看过谁问的，找不到了。昨晚下了一单，今天已经收到cash的邮件。我不用他
的cash,如果退的话，能原价退给我吗？谢谢！

我上周去退货，是用了KC再退的情况，结果是扣除用了的KC部分。

What about I didn't use the KC when I return the merchandise and ac tually
the Kohls cash usage window has expired when I return the merchandise. In
this case, will I get full refund in my original payment format?

只要你没用KC（不管KC是否过期），退货都退全价。
