I bought the chills GC in Ca and I sent that GC to my friend in Florida. My
friend told me that the balance are are zero and the waiter told my friend
the monthly fee is $5 if unused for sometime. Is that true.? I thought the
chill's gift card will never expire. I feel bad because my friend had to pay
in the restaurant and I also paid that gift card.
