嘴馋买了栗子，巴巴等了好多天，结果居然delivered但是没收到，ebay会怎么处理？
contact了seller，seller的response让我很不爽：You need to contact your local
Post Office and ask them where they delivered the package to. I am not
responsible for direct delivery into your hands. I cannot send more nuts. I
am sold out. I will not refund your money until you check with your Post
Office

It is possible that it is at your local post office. It happened me a few
times. The temp mail carriers are not very good with mail. Call or email
post office. They will get back to you within a day if they have it.

这种事情ebay的卖家确实是不管的
你想想如果是你卖东西，寄出去了也显示delivered了，买家说没收到你会退款吗？
他也没法保证你没收到呀
就算你找ebay，ebay也不会管的
不像大商家，一般这点亏就自己吞了

当然如果是很贵的东西，ebay好些要求卖家一定要用那种要求签名的服务保证买家能收到
但是楼主买的栗子应该不够贵吧
：）
