I bought a wireless router with an open box sticker and the shrink wrapping
at Frys. When I got home, my brother bought a new one at BestBuy for me and
installed it already. I returned the Frys purchase today and the sales
associate opened the box to verify if all contents were there. Surprise!
When he opened the box, it was a used and the other brand router there. They
said they are unable to accept the return. Has anyone had the same
experience before?
