Dear Amazon Customer,
Thank you for your recent purchase from SupplyBuy through Amazon.com. I
regret to inform you that we have made a grand mistake and will not be able
to fill your order. Just to give you a little background, we are a very
small business of only two employees. Most of our products are shipped from
3rd party distributors, and our margins are slim to none. For those of you
who think that you are dealing with only corporate giants in the Amazon
marketplace, you are wrong.
Yesterday afternoon I made a programming error that grossly mispriced
almost all of our items. During the short time that all of these incorrect
prices were listed we did approximately 100 times our normal amount of
business. If we were to fill all of these orders that were incurred
yesterday it would cost us nearly three times what we do annually in reveune
alone. In other words, fulfilling your order, although it may be our
obligation as a seller in the Amazon Marketplace, is an unfortunate
impossibility. I most sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, and I beg
for your sympathy in this human error that I have made.
