在AMAZON上卖了一个全新未开封的打印机，一个多月以后买家留了一个坏的评价：“3

"The printer is a brick. It has constipation. No paper passes through. Every
attempt to print has been a bust. I've never purchased a printer that
wouldn't print up till now."
我一共才两个评价，这样好评率就变成50%了，虽然不指望这个帐号做什么交易，但本
人一向守时守信，遇到这个很是郁闷，请大家支招这种情况应如何解决？
