在Amazon卖我的Samsung Tab 8.4 Pro tablet，东西是新的，是上个月Samsung寄给我
的replacement，寄出前我确认没有defect才寄，一个住OH的人买了用了七天就说电池
不给力要退，我说This item was listed as new and sold as is. No return or
refund，Sorry!
Buyer连络Amazon后给了return label，我以为是Amazon自己给的label，没想到这
return label的钱从我的account里扣，给了label也只能给他退了，我跟buyer说
Please note a 15% restocking fee will be deducted in the refund. The return
will be denied if the condition of this item received is not the same as I
shipped it to you，他没回覆就把东西寄回来了。
Last Friday收到return，东西被折腾不成样，到处都是刮伤，corner还裂了一小角，
原本的USB cable也没有退回来，不过序列号跟我记录是一样的，我东西寄给他是new
condition，我charge他50% restocking fee，我认为这是合理的，buyer立马就A-Z，
Amazon告诉我RS最多就是25%，所以又从我account直接扣钱退给buyer，case也closed
了。
这样情况该怎么办？只收25% restocking fee根本不够balance，这case我只能认了吗？
