2014年度一直在纽约州工作，给纽约州交税。今年3月底将被动离职，然后move到其他
州。
我想请教的是：我应该向纽约州，而不是现在居住的州申请失业金吗？

我也是平躺的时候肚子偶尔很紧很硬，而且胎动增多，估计这个姿势娃在里面不舒服吧
。不过我把腿拳起来肚子会舒服些，伸直就不行

Your labor market is going to be the new state after you move. The new
state will request a tranfer of you wages from ny.
Rach state law is slightly different. You should study both laws and find
the higher weekly benefit amount to apply. Once you file unemployment in a
state, you cannot file one in the other until the claim is done.
both states will require that you are able, available to work to grant you
benefit. So if you are moving with your spouse's better job offer is fine.
But if you quit in ny so you can be a stay at home mom, you might not get
it. Be careful what you tell your employer and coworkers as it might be
used against to deny your claim.

ob和护士都强调不要平躺睡觉，对血液流通很不好，而且也和宝宝的姿势有关。
只是说说，可能是巧合哈：我生得时候有一下宝宝的心跳drop,护士让我把身子稍侧了
一点，心跳就回上去了。

我尽量左侧睡，但我自己心脏压得太难受，宝宝胎动也多，她好像一直朝腰间钻。像老
鼠钻到我被窝里，第一次吓得我弹坐起来。不知道宝宝是不是不喜欢这姿势，现在唯一
可以睡得好一点的就是右侧。真难熬啊……

Ss tax is not the same as unemployment tax. Ui tax is paid entirely by
company, you will not find a ui tax deduction on your paycheck.

你这个case比较复杂，因为拿失业救济金的一个重要条件是
每周都必须有找工作的活动，不知道你搬家后纽约州会有什么
要求，还是需要自己打电话咨询一下。

你现在的公司应该会给你填个表，证明你被lay off,,交到labor department, 你就可
以开始申请了
