平时就是2倍油点
vgc定值的时算油点，500刀随便冲是不算的

所以100刀的visa gift card
加上5.95的activation fee
就算grocery 5%的cashback的cc
为了赚fuel points也不够cover 那5.95的activationfee
所以比较划算的买法就是买普通的gift card，当然之前toysrus的vanilla没
activation fee，他们就去把tru的gc换成vanilla，里外里赚了fuel points还套了现
加上5.95的activation fee
