ATT lumia不用花钱解锁。下面是我以前找的解锁过程，没有任何问题。

Warning: Don't power your phone on and don't insert any sim card.
From a tablet or PC visit att.com/deviceunlock to submit your Device Unlock
Request.
1. Get your phone's IMEI number
It is located on the packaging, next to the battery compartment, or through
dialing a code in your phone.
2. Get the unlock code
Go to the above at&t website. On the request form, for customer type, make
sure you choose "Non-AT&T Mobility customer", enter name, email, and your
IMEI number. You will receive an email confirmation, which you will need to
open and click a link to receive your unlock code. It should take less than
1hr. You can check the status of your request anytime. You'll need your
request
number and the IMEI number of the device.
3. Entering the code
You can simply insert a non-att SIM card and power on the phone. It will
automatically prompt you to enter an unlock code. Or if you don't have a Non
-ATT SIM card, simply power on the phone without a SIM card. Then dial ##
7820. An icon of a SIM card with a lock should appear. Wait a few seconds
for it to become responsive. Then enter your unlock code. The lock icon
should become an unlocked icon.
