话说上次ebay的登机箱deal新秀丽5件套18刀，我用ebay gift card买的单。明明知道
这个deal有问题，忍不住跟着跳了一单。刚买完，ebay就把这个list删掉了。我耐着性
子等了10几天，打电话去ebay要求dispute。结果ebay说这个payment根本没有成功，
seller并没收到钱，让我联系paypal retrack payment。 我傻啊，于是上paypal
dispute了一把。照ebay的说法，这是transaction的问题啊，所以选了unauthorized
activity case or transaction error。今天这个case被paypal据了，理由这不是
unauthorized activity case，还说什么 If you bought an item and did not
receive it, or if it arrived in a condition other than described, we can
help you open a dispute. 等我这会儿再想去paypal用没收到东西的理由dispute，发
现系统根本不让啊。联系了ebay，他家系统好像跟paypal连着的。ebay说系统没法再
dispute，让找paypal。而paypal家的电话永远没人接，email也没人回。
现在才知道，同一笔交易两家加一块只能dispute一次。今天大半天时间都
耗在这上面了,郁闷！
