往年做过rebate的说说这个rebate一定会回来吗？以前做过一次amazon的rebate说没收

Rebate form里说要寄过来的收据，Costco 寄过来的包裹里没有receipt怎么办啊？

我已经做了3次（每年一次），每次都收到rebate.
今年没有做，原因一：不确定是否还可以拿到rebate,rebate 表说Limit 3是指每年可
以做3个，还是总共可以做3个。
原因二自己确实没有时间去Costco.
