Recently, eBay added additional limits and restrictions on redeeming gift
cards. We are providing a temporary exemption to these policy changes to
allow users who purchased eBay gift cards prior to the changes to use those
gift cards to purchase third party gift cards, gift certificates, coupons,
coins, paper money, virtual currency, and bullion. This temporary exemption
will end on October 13, 2016.
Gift cards purchased after August 23, 2016, are not eligible for this
temporary exemption.
今天下班后看到自己以前设置的reminder 于是准备把一张200刀的赶紧买成别的GC，结
果不能用。打电话去问，说10月13日12：00am就不能用了。他们网站也没有写具体时间
