My parents were here more than 6 months in 2007, and again 2008.
For tax, can I use the same ID they got in 2007 For the year 2008 ? Or I
need to apply again like the first time?

3 month old now. I got him when he was 7 weeks big, from a lady lives in the
country.

No, you don't need to apply again. Use the TIN you got last year.

I assume I will mail the tax form to the regular place. do I need to attach
any document with the tax return? .
