一般人都会用Xiaowu Wang，web of science会识别你是X.W. Wang，但是pubmed会识别

no，基金就是法人，你把资产交给基金之后，你自己人死了和基金没关系。只有从基金
里拿收入或变卖资本的时候才有税务责任。人死的时间不可控，基金管理完全可控。

死了后不用probate，另外可以灵活的设定trustees

yes, that guy told me he spent a couple of G to set it up but i didn't get a
chance to ask about who did it for him

Trust is basically for estate and gift tax purpose. You do not want to use
it to avoid income tax. Generally, living trust is for no-probate purpose.
Irrevocable trust is for estate tax-saving and Premium financing. There are
so many kinds of trust for different kinds of purposes(legal) .In addition,
setup a trust is not cheap. It may cost you thousands for setup and hundreds
for annual accounting fee.
