就是好的东西都给学生做，吃力不讨好的给博后做，就是发文章吧，能发好文章，快文
章的给学生。稍微偏向学生是可以理解，毕竟博后是临时的，但是要是博后2－3年发文
章都是挂名，这样的导师应该是没考虑过博后的前途吧，这样博后也没啥积极性了。大
家做faculty的都是啥样的原则？

非CS背景
主要做优化modeling的
做了一个网上类似智商测试，没几天收到email说要phone interview
financial software developer
看版上大家都是做了C/C++test的
不知道这种情况，interview会问什么？

我是重要的项目需要短期出结果的项目给薄厚做。
暂时不着急的项目给学生做。
发文章，按贡献排，谁贡献最大谁第一作者。
不过我们是个烂学校，学生质量差，靠不上，所以我目前主要靠薄厚帮忙做项目。或许
好学校有绝顶好学生的是不同做法吧。

not very hard. some basic data structure, such as: implement stack with
queues. some basic unix commands. virtual function vs function pointers.

博后are just dogs. Why the faculty should care about them? Graduate students
are quite different from dogs. They are the academic descendants of the
faculty.
Dogs are always in the lowest level in the labs.

non-cs position or cs position?
if no-cs, more likely you will see questions about problem solving, instead
of actual CS questions.
For cs, it really depends on who are the interviewers.

难道不是公认的postdoc 是后娘养的吗？
我们老板出了名的nice, 也公开说postdoc 是不上family tree的.
我一直以为这是我们千老的宿命。

If you have research experience, the interviewer would very likely have
similar background as you to make sure they can understand better your skill sets.

俺木有钱招postdoc。
不过我觉得postdoc跟学生肯定要有区别啊，如果我有postdoc的话，我没有义务培养他
的科研能力，而且会希望他能够更快地上手出结果。

估计你呆的学校就个屁三，五流。。。真正绝对一流的很多大LAB，连学生都没有，
全POSTDOC。。。
